Excelent customer service. Great food and drinks. Very decent prices. Food comes faster than expected. Waiter even asked if everything is fine or if I need anything else. Will definitely come here again when I have the chance.

It's hard to believe that this place actually exists and is so popular (although, truth be told, not a lot of people were eating). 4 people dinner. The staff was overwhelmed and looked like they are minutes away from quitting their job. We had drinks, then onion rings + beef tartar as an entree. The rings were good, but what can you expect :) The tartar was...it's hard to find my words, really. First, I asked if the meat was fresh or frozen. The waiter asked and confirmed that the meat was fresh (it was not). We were brought a lump of ground meat that not only looked like it was freshly thawed, but it had sinew and fat chunks throughout- bottom-of-the-barrel quality, cheapest cut of meat they could find. Tartar is made out of top quality meat and it is NEVER ground. It looked atrocious and we did not touch it. Nobody asked why, they just cleared the table and that was it, even though it was one of the most expensive items on the menu and we sent it back untouched. Then came the main courses: quattro formaggi pasta, a burger and duck breast. The burger was scorched and has absolutely zero flavor and was probably made of the same ground beef we got as a tartar. The pasta was probably cooked with a pre-made cheese sauce. Edible, but ehy would you? The duck breast was - how should I put this mildly- it was nasty. It looked as if it was cooked great, medium rare, but the meat was tough, they did not bother to cut off any of the unedible parts and the skin was partly raw. Imagine sinews, shards of bone, gristle and semi-raw bird skin in your mouth. If the light was better, I would not have tasted it. I had to run into the restaurant looking for napkins after tasting it, because it is rude to spit your food in the plate. If the management reads this, please have a talk with your chef. He is doing an appalling job.
