Victor the bartender left incredible influence on me and my friends,and he is very humble,friendly,professional,and helpful, On top of that,his colleagues antonela and Gabriel are amazing in their jobs and make us very welcome in the hotel we stayed in,and because of them we will come back for sure! Hotel 10/10(because of staff)!!!!

Absolutely fantastic transformation in just 2 years! The entire place seems to have undergone a remarkable renovation. The warmth and openness of the employees make the atmosphere even more inviting. They are incredibly accommodating, ready to fulfill any request with a smile. Moreover, the food is not just delectable but served in a spotlessly clean terasa. This experience has truly exceeded expectations, showcasing an impressive commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

The hotel rooms were renovated . It’s a very clean place, with nice stuff and warm welcome. It’s not alowed to smoke inside the rooms.After 13 pm, you can eat a very good pizza cooked in a wooden oven. Also you can find romanian traditional food. My experince was very nice. It’s a child friendly hotel .

Very unpleasant experience. The room smelled very bad, there was a party that no one told us about…and there was music very loud till 3 in the night at the 3rd floor… One wall was broken, a door from the shower was broken…and it had mold and also the sink was broken. The carpet was stained badly… The ac was very very loud and start random heating at night, very hard to stop it. I have nothing good to say!

I gave 4 stars to a 3 star hotel... A nice place with a really nice location close to the Cornișa Complex. I wish I would've give them 5 stars, but... considering Botoșani is connected with Laval, Canada, I was expecting for the service to be a little more towards that way... but purely Romanian: no interest, no customer service, no training. Just people that got a job with no consideration for the customers. In rest, it was ok.

After the new renovation, it is completely different and wonderful place to stay for business or families or making events, and the new team of employees is well organized and skilled, add to this the new dishes they make now it is very delicious with reasonable prices!
