What a find! My wife and I were on a long road trip across Romania and stopped here dinner. Fresh ingredients, delicious dishes, and great service. Lucian was welcoming and incredibly helpful as we made menu selections. We had the burrata, beef with chimichurri over arugula, roasted chicken with vegetables, and finished with a chocolate cake gift from the staff. A+, thank you!

Great experience at Gaia in Bacău! The mussel soup was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. I also enjoyed the tender chicken leg served with green beans — simple but delicious. And the pancakes were absolutely excellent, a perfect way to end the meal. I recommended!

Best food we’ve had in Moldova region. The cook (Georgiana) is very hospitable and 🙌🙌🙌 in her cooking skills! We’ve travelled to Bacău to see the old town & this place is a lovely surprise!

Visiting from the UK, really glad we chose to come to this restaurant. Each one of our group of 7 people had different adjustments for our chosen meals. The food took some time to arrive but every dish was fantastic and made to our order. The young lady serving us was also great and very attentive

Perfect dining experience at Gaia. Beef with hummus was perfectly cooked and bursting. It's clear that the chef uses high-quality ingredients and puts thought into. The dessert they offer is exceptional and very tasty. Will definitely make this place a memorable dining experience and I'll definitely be coming back soon!

Bad experience!! I came to this restaurant on Saturday evening and the waiters were there, but we were told the place was closed – even though the official hours clearly say it’s open until 11 PM. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional! If you can’t stick to your own schedule, don’t advertise it. Terrible service and total disrespect for customers.
