A great location in a major city with a very modern look, very good looking from outside and from inside Italian Caffe in Romania, awesome options on the Menu with authentic ingredients, knowledgeable and very experienced staff...can't wait to go back next year (and recommend to others in meantime)! We had a wonderful brunch and experience at Almarino Caffe. Alessandro was so welcoming and made sure we had everything to our liking and even recommended a delicious tomato and cheese dish that was out of this world. My kids have food allergies and double checked ingredients with us and made sure they felt safe. From ice cream, to coffee to nice paninis and hot chocolate, we had it all and it was all just perfect. The highlight of our time in Alba Iulia! Thank you!

One of the best places in Alba Iulia to enjoy unique beverages and delicious meals. It’s a welcoming spot, with kind and friendly staff and very good prices. I highly recommend visiting it for an authentic Italian experience in Romania.

Stopped here after getting a night train from a Vienna and on the way to Cluj. It was 9am, I was bleary eyed and in dire need of coffee. The people working were incredibly kind, polite, and sweet! The food was tasty and the coffee was great. They speak English and have a little play area for kids. It’s a lovely place for a stop!

This is the best brunch place in Alba Iulia. The Italian influence on the very lovely owners is palpable. The coffee was amazing, the food was fresh and they will adjust it to your dietary needs. They are also pet friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I wanted to order a croissant, the waiter gave me the unexpected option to have a croissant with ice cream, which was sooo delicious!

I was very happy to have found this little café/ice cream parlor. The owner is super nice and he offers something that is very simple but more and more difficult to find - a cup of quality ice cream topped with some not too sweet whipped cream and fresh seasonal fruit. You can have a great quality coffee on the side or try a more adventurous looking drink. Great place! 👏
